Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Product orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All live plants will be shipped via USPS (Priority or Express) or UPS (Ground or Next Day). Non-plant orders and small items less than 1lb can be shipped via USPS First Class for lower cost.

SHIPPING RATES: The rates charged for the shipping of your order are based on the total weight of your product order. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and handling. Shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier rates and seasonal subcharges. 

Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for wrong address on file once your order has marked "shipped"

TRANSIT DELAYS- We are not responsible for any damage due to shipping delays. You are responsible to track your own package. If the item is "out for delivery" but didn't delivery that day, please contact us or the courier as soon as possible to assist you.
